• Choose the colour/size, if applicable, by clicking on the drop down list to view the options, then clicking again on the one you require
• Click the "BUY NOW" button
• Wherever you are on BikeShop.uk.com you can add items to your basket in the same way
• You can check the contents of your basket and the total cost at any time by clicking on the "My Basket" button
• You can remove items from your basket or alter the quantity required at any time in the "My Basket" screen by changing the quantity next to the item and clicking the "Update" button.
• Post and packing costs will be shown in your shopping basket
• Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button when you have finished shopping
• Fill in the order details on the secure form

You can also place an order by phone, fax or mail.

Payment
We accept Delta, Maestro, Mastercard, UK Maestro, Visa, and Switch.
We will not charge you for any goods until they are dispatched.

Guarantee & Returns Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange or refund in full, excluding carriage, provided that the items are returned within 14 days, unused and in their original condition. Any packaging must be unopened and any clothing must still have the original tags present and unremoved from the garment.

 If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit, then you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.

Delivery Costs
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order. Unfortunately we have to charge carriage on all orders except orders over £50 delivered to the UK mainland, but we attempt to keep it to a minimum.

We aim to despatch in stock goods ordered before 4pm the same working day via 1st class Royal Mail. Larger orders may be dispatched via courier.We attempt to hold all products in stock but demand and variety is such that we occasionally run out of popular items. If there is going to be a delay of more than one week we will despatch part of your order immediately and back-order the unavailable item for delivery at a later date at no extra delivery charge. We only collect payment for items as dispatched and carriage will be payed only on the first part of the order.

Bike Orders
All bikes are serviced prior to dispatch and delivered via next working day delivery courier. Servicing does take time and although we aim to dispatch all bikes ordered before 12 midday the same working day, sometimes this is not always possible and we will contact you should there be any delay.

Tax Charges (VAT)
All the prices shown in our store include VAT @ 15%. If you are ordering from outside the EU you do not have to pay VAT, this will be subtracted when you go to the check out

Import duty or tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.

Credit Card Security
All credit and debit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption and they are only decrypted after they reach us, ensuring your personal details are secure at all times. We do not retain customer card details once the order has been processed and dispatched.
