The Brompton bar as you know it.
Still expected to be popular with a large proportion of Brompton owners who like the comfortable mid to upright position that it offers.

The P type is the most strikingly different of the three handlebar designs, offering two completely different riding positions.
A low position allows you to get down for stretches of open road or hard riding, while an alternative high position provides a much more upright posture to keep your head up in the traffic. Great if you are looking for alternative bar positions for longer rides or touring, although it should be noted that the handlebar controls are only access able from the upper position.

Light flat low and sporty. The bar position is provides a more forward reach 70mm lower than the M-Type bar, and at 140gms lighter its light too! Great for those looking for a flatter position more akin to a Mountain bike or Hybrid, and also highly suitable for shorter riders as well.

PLEASE NOTE: Only the smaller S-Type bag can be used with this handlebar due to the standard front carriers impeding the steering.
